The driver can send reports and notifications through the dedicated app. The “Emergency” feature is also active, sending an immediate alert to the operations center and law enforcement for prompt intervention in case of attempted aggression.
At the end of the trip, the driver will scan the E-POD with the recipient’s signature, and the system will archive it and send a notification to the operations center.
